2. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
By completing a reservation, guests confirm that:

The information provided during booking is accurate and complete
They accept the payment and cancellation policies of Villa Terrallia
Villa Terrallia reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations in case of incorrect information, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.


3. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments may be completed through the following methods:
– Bank transfer
– Payment at the property upon arrival (including card or cash payment)
– We accept card payments with Mastercard,Visa & Maestro. 
 
Villa Terrallia reserves the right to request full or partial prepayment in certain booking circumstances.

 

4. Cancellation Policy
 
– Cancellations made more than 20 days prior to arrival: The booking deposit is refundable.
– Cancellations made within 20 days prior to arrival: The booking deposit remains non-refundable.
– In case of no-show or early departure, the deposit remains non-refundable.
 
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:
Any damage caused during their stay
Proper supervision of children
Safe use of pool and outdoor facilities
Securing personal belongings
Villa Terrallia shall not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.


6. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are specified during booking confirmation.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible only upon availability and prior agreement.


7. Third-Party Services
Villa Terrallia may assist in arranging third-party services such as transportation, excursions, chefs, or wellness treatments.
These services are provided by independent providers. Villa Terrallia is not liable for the performance or safety of third-party services.


8. Website Use
Users agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to the website systems
Copy or reproduce website content without permission
